Kampusin is an academic information system (SIAKAD) that handles admissions, course enrollment (KRS), grades, tuition (UKT) billing, CBT exams, e-learning, HR, and accreditation in a single database. Data is checked, then sent to Neo Feeder PDDikti, and lecturer data is pulled from SISTER.

Many faculties and fields of study, from diploma to doctorate.
Terminology inside the app (menus, reports and documents) adapts to your type of institution.
Note: admissions and the entire academic workflow run in full for D3, D4, S1, S2, and S3. Default rules for Professional and Specialist 1 programs are also available, with study load following each program's requirements. Need another type or level? Contact our team.

Finance, Neo Feeder reporting, HR, and quality assurance run in parallel and read the same data.
PDDikti reporting and lecturer data.
Integration note: data submission to PDDikti is controlled by an administrator switch. Our team assists with activation and connection testing on your campus's Neo Feeder during implementation.
All of them read the same database, so a change in one module is immediately visible in the others.
Online registration, multiple entry tracks, selection, results, and automatic student ID (NIM) generation.
Faculties, study programs, curricula, courses, rooms, and master records for students and lecturers.
The semester schedule of academic events (course enrollment, classes, midterms/finals, graduation board, commencement) is managed by admins and shown in the student and lecturer portals.
Class and exam schedules are built by an OR-Tools solver with no clashes in rooms, lecturers, or proctors.
Online course enrollment (KRS) with validation and academic advisor approval, student and lecturer attendance, grades, grade reports, and transcripts.
Exam schedules, cards, exam reports, and computer-based tests with a question bank and live proctoring.
Submission, supervision, seminars, defense, graduation board, graduation audit, diplomas, and SKPI.
Invoices, virtual accounts, receipts, reconciliation, general ledger, and arrears monitoring.
Online payment add-on: students pay invoices by Virtual Account, QRIS, card, or e-wallet, and settlement is recorded automatically.
Scholarships, KIP Kuliah, tuition (UKT) discounts, disbursement, plus lecturer pay, income tax (PPh 21), and payslips.
Classrooms, materials, assignments, quizzes, forums, class chat, and answer similarity checking.
Data readiness, rule 3.1 validation, AKM, student activities, and reports ready to send to PDDikti.
Staff and lecturer records, organization structure, leave and permits, BKD with assessor review, and performance.
A dedicated module for lecturer data from SISTER Kemdiktisaintek (read-only). Access is limited to admins, leadership, and HR; deans and vice deans see only their own faculty.
The PPEPP cycle: standards, indicators, internal quality audits, EDOM, accreditation tables, and follow-up.
Collections, circulation, fines, and library clearance that automatically becomes a graduation requirement.
Graduates automatically become alumni, and tracer questionnaires feed the dashboard and accreditation.
Parents view progress and invoices (read-only). Student letters and services with document verification.
Role-based access and unit scope, tamper-resistant audit logs, sensitive data encryption, two-step authentication (MFA), and session limits.
The institution's central admin can switch off modules that are not needed, hiding their menus and access. Payments support tuition (UKT) by tier, semester installments, and course packages.
15 guides and SOP documents can be downloaded from inside the app, according to each user's role.
Menus and permissions adapt to each role and its unit scope (faculty or study program). Pick a role to see an overview.
Course enrollment, grades, attendance, finance, and the LMS all read the same data. No sync between apps that could run late.
Credit limits, graduation requirements, and fees are data rules that admins can change, following campus policy and the latest regulations.
The OR-Tools solver builds clash-free schedules. Several schedule options are prepared at once for comparison.
Follows Permendiktisaintek 39/2025 and Neo Feeder 3.1 rules for study limits, credit ceilings, and graduation requirements.
At-risk students, arrears, and study periods nearing the limit are flagged early for academic advisors and leadership.
Role-based access, tamper-resistant audit logs, sensitive data encryption, two-step authentication (MFA), and privacy consent, designed in line with the Personal Data Protection Law. More than five thousand automated tests safeguard every release.
